I do have a bit of an ego. Even if I do ride the bench for a professional quidditch team. At least i made it on the team, and I did play when I was at Hogwarts on the Gryffindor team. I can definitely be a ladies man. The ladies just love me. I do like to slack off once in awhile, but when I do a job it get's done good. I don't slack at Quidditch either, but I really don't mind riding the bench. I am very competitive with my family and friends. Especially my baby brother. I love to antagonize him, but I do love him and wouldn't trade him for anything.

Being born in the majestic mountains of Scotland is a feat in itself if you ask me. There's nothing like the highlands, and I love them. I love nothing more than soaring through them on my broomstick. Especially when I'm racing someone. Suppose I should introduce you to my parents. Marcus and Abigail Townsend Matheson. They met as kids and were friends even then. Best friends. My mother was actually a supermodel, before she married my dad. Once she was married though she got my cousin Tempest to raise after her parents died in a car crash along with my aunt's twin sister. They were my dad's only siblings that left him an only child after that. Dad went to work for the ministry and had been climbing the ladder working hard to do so. Mom after retiring to have kids was a stay at home mom. She's the best in my opinion. She's always there if one of us needs her.
For six years it was just me and Tempest. Mom had Mattie then. Also only Temp and I can call Matt Mattie so don't even think about it. She just had to have him on Halloween too. So there went our festivities. The party we were going to have got cancelled and Temp and I weren't not happy. We were a little miffed about it for awhile, but Mattie was so darn cute we couldn't stay mad at him for long. Temp and I were always looking out for Mattie. Sure there was a competition like between us siblings, but Temp and I never really thought much of it as we were having a good time.
Temp went off to Hogwarts the year before my cousin Jordon and I did. I couldn't wait to get there myself. Dad would play Quidditch with me when he had time, but he was a busy man and I understood that. My parents took me to Diagon Alley after I got my letter to Hogwarts, and I got my wand and whatever else was on my list. That was a fun day. Dad and I went to Quality Quidditch Supplies and had fun looking around.
By the time my second year came along I was well settled at Hogwarts with quite a few friends and getting good grades. I made the Quidditch team and had to call and tell Dad right away. Well mom too, but yeah you get it. The years unfortunately flew by at Hogwarts. Mattie joined me my last year there. I was busy so didn't have much time to spend with him. How Jordon found time for his younger siblings I could never figure out. After awhile when I was able to try Matt just pushed me away, and with my busy schedule I didn't have time to remedy it. Unfortunately it just got worse.
I got drafted to the Chudley Cannons after graduating. I was on the reserve team, but that was fine with me. I was able to get a job at the ministry too working in the Department of Magical Games and Sports. The British and Irish Quidditch League. It was a fun job. I was able to work my schedule around practices and having fun. When Jordon and Josh opened up the Matheson country house and invited me to live with them there I did without hesitation. The Matheson country house was Jordon's by birthright, but had been almost empty for years. Their Uncles James and Jasper had lived there after graduating from Hogwarts too. James was married though and had kids of his own now living at Hogwarts where he was a professor. Jasper was in and out as he was still playing Professional Quidditch.
I haven't found a serious girl to settle down with yet, but why when I'm still young...might as well live it up and have fun. One of these days maybe, but playing the field right now is a whole lot more fun!

Skyler’s tears were slowing as her sobs had ceased as she talked to Rei. “I can’t let Oliver go through that. Even if our older brothers do razz him they love him. He needs them.” She wouldn’t let Oliver break from the family. Sure he had his friends, but they weren’t family. Unfortunately they probably treated him better than his own family sometimes. She shook her head. “No, I can't let you fight my battles for me. I need to face them head on.” She sighed wiping at the tears with the back of her cold hand. She groaned seeing the blue on the back of her hand then. She must look like a mess with her blue mascara running. Looking a mess she didn’t think she could handle facing anyone but Rei right now. She’d seen her worse before. She’d been there for her when Emery dumped her. They’d had ice cream by the gallons with one another.
Though she didn’t know where she was going to clean up or get fresh clothes right now. She could still smell the firewhiskey that had probably split on her clothes somehow. She couldn’t go back to her flat or to the Matheson boys manor. The reality was starting to sink in that she was going to be homeless now, and there was nothing she could do about it. She didn’t even have any money anymore to be able to get a room somewhere even for one night. “I need to find a place to take a shower and figure out how to get some clothes to change into. Then I’ll go confront my mother.” No matter how much she wanted to run from that, she couldn’t. It was past time to really stand up for herself against her mother. If she wanted a life of her own she had to confront her worst nightmare.
